Q: Where is my order? A: Email us at support@nevabeauty.com with your full name, mailing address, and order confirmation number and we will look into it right away.

Q: What is my tracking number? A: Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2 to 3 days after your order is placed. If you haven't received it within 5 days of placing your order please reach out to us at support@nevabeauty.com.

Q: I lost my tracking number. What can I do? A: Simply contact us at support@nevabeauty.com with your full name and mailing address and we will resend your confirmation details.

Q: How can I make changes to my order? A: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@nevabeauty.com. We can update your delivery details, name, email, and phone number.

Q: How can I cancel my order? A: You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Q: Something is wrong with my order. Who do I contact? A: Let us know right away! Describe the issue and send any available photos to support@nevabeauty.com and we will make it right.
